What is lymph and how does it affect health?
Lymph (Greek lympha) is a clear liquid that fills the spaces between cells and circulates in all tissues and organs through lymphatic vessels (lat. systema lymphaticum), except for the brain, cartilage, lens of the eye, placenta, odenum, mucosal epithelium and spleen parenchyma. There are about 2 liters in the human body. Lymph is formed from a fluid that constantly flows from the blood plasma into the tissues, and from them into the lymphatic capillaries. Breathing movements and muscle contractions force lymph to flow through lymphatic vessels. In the human body, it always flows from the bottom up. Even in the last century, it was found that about 50% of the blood enters the intercellular fluid. a blood protein that has the ability to attract water and must therefore be removed as the tissues begin to swell. LIMFODREN Dosage:
Used only in the form of an aqueous solution. Prepare the suspension before use. Drink 30 minutes before meals.

Mix a tablespoon (3 g) of the powder with 200 ml. water. Use 2-3 times a day. Prepare the suspension before use.

Course of use:
10-30 days. The course of use can be repeated 2-3 times a year.

Restriction of use:
People with disorders of the digestive tract (in case of ulcers, intestinal bleeding, individual foreign reaction of the body, etc.) should not use this food supplement.
