Triple Iron contains two high-quality forms of iron: ferrous bisglycinate and ferrous fumarate. The product contains the glycoprotein lactoferrin, which transports iron in the body and thus contains some iron. Vitamin C in the supplement further increases iron absorption. The product contains the highest quality material, no additives or fillers, so it is not only gentle on the stomach, but also very well absorbed.
The supplement helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion, and promotes normal red blood cell and hemoglobin formation. Iron deficiency can cause constant fatigue, lack of energy, headaches and general weakness. The amount of iron in the body can be determined by blood tests, determining the level of hemoglobin and ferritin. It is recommended that these tests be done before starting to take an iron supplement, as you should not take too much iron.
Recommended daily dose: 1-2 capsules per day. This product is best taken on an empty stomach. Concomitant use of calcium supplements, coffee and tea should be avoided as they impair iron absorption.
