Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods delivered to you and want to return or exchange them, please inform us by e-mail or by phone no later than 72 hours from the time of delivery of the goods.
When applying for poor product quality, it is mandatory to submit a photo of the poor quality product.
Goods can be exchanged or returned after agreeing in advance the time and place of collection of the goods.
When returning or exchanging goods, we will ask you to fill out the provided return or exchange form.
The money for the returned goods will be transferred to your bank account from which you paid for the purchases no later than within 5 (five) working days from the day of the return of the goods. If you return or exchange high-quality goods that match your order, the delivery fee is not refunded or compensated.
