Glutathione is a tripeptide made up of three amino acids: glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine. It is the main antioxidant that is naturally synthesized in our body and helps protect cells from oxidative stress, neutralizes toxins, supports the immune system, and reduces the risk of chronic diseases.
