Ingredients: CurQfen® complex of colored turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome extract and medicinal fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) seeds, rutin (from Japanese sophora (Sophora japonica)), capsule shell gelatin, bioflavonoid complex from bitter lemon tree (Citrus aurantium) fruit peels, calcium L-ascorbate, zinc citrate, manganese citrate, L-selenomethionine, coloring iron oxides and hydroxides, cholecalciferol, retinyl acetate.

Usage: adults take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day, drinking 0.5-1 glass of water.
