Puhdistam Super Omega-3 is a natural and pure source of omega-3 made from 100% krill oil. Krill oil naturally contains phospholipids, which improve the absorption of EPA and DHA fatty acids, which are especially important for the body. These phospholipids are characterized by high absorption and bioavailability.
Krill oil also contains astaxanthin and choline, which are beneficial for the body. The red color of the capsules is given by astaxanthin, one of the most powerful antioxidants that protect cells from oxidative stress. Choline helps the brain and nervous system to regulate memory, mood, muscle control and other functions.
The source of this product, krill oil, is obtained from the world's cleanest marine waters in the Southern Continent. Krill plankton is caught using an organic fishing method, which reduces the catch of other seafood.
